FAQ

What delivery methods are available? Our customers can either opt for standard or express mail.

How long will it take to receive my order? All orders are shipped from Europe. Delivery times vary based on the country of destination. For estimated shipping times, please click on the link above.

What payment methods are available? Both Paypal and credit cards are accepted.

How long will it take to process my order? Provided the product is in stock, orders are shipped the next business day.

Are Sclera and Crazy Lenses safe? Yes, all products in our catalog are legal for sale in the EU, and are CE and ISO certified.

Does the given price refer to a pair of lenses or a single lens? The price listed is for one pair (2 pieces) of lenses, with the exception of prescription lenses, which are priced separately.

Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with? Of course, you can. Please contact us at info@sclera-lenses.com as soon as possible. The product must be returned in new/unused condition within 30 days of receiving the order. You will then be refunded the amount of money you have paid for the item. The shipping costs, however, remain non-refundable.

What happens if I do not accept the shipment? The order’s purchase price, excluding the cost of return transport, will be refunded to you.

What should I do if I receive damaged products? All our products are carefully inspected before dispatch. If damage has occurred during transit, do not hesitate to contact us and return the item for replacement. Please only return items via your national postal service. Extra charges will not be accepted for other shipping methods such as FedEx or DHL.

My address is an APO, FPO, or PO box. Is delivery possible? Delivery to these locations are available with standard mail. Unfortunately, products cannot be shipped to these addresses by express mail.
