How long can I wear the lenses? How long will they last?

Lenses are manufactured with different shelf lives, which are always calculated from the day the bottle or blister pack is first opened. You can find information about the shelf life for specific lenses in the description table on our shop's website. For crazy and colored lenses, the typical shelf lives are 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.

Is there a difference between the left and right lenses?

For non-prescription lenses, there is no distinction between the left and right lens. The distinction is only important for prescription lenses. However, once you have used the lenses, it is advisable to always wear the same lens in the same eye.

What else do I need for the lenses?

For storing and disinfecting lenses, you need a contact lens solution (suitable for soft contact lenses) and a case. You can also order contact lens drops, which are used to make wearing lenses more comfortable - if you feel your eyes are dry, just put a drop on the lens in your eye. We recommend using the drops if you are in smoky or dusty environments.

Can I use water for cleaning and storing the lenses?

No! You can only use solutions suitable for contact lenses.

Can anyone wear lenses? Is there an age restriction?

There are no restrictions (except in cases where your eye doctor advises against wearing them). There is no age limit either; we only recommend considering whether a child is capable of taking care of the lenses independently.

Are colored contact lenses safe?

Colored contact lenses can be safe when used properly. All products in our offer are legal for sale in the EU, and are CE and ISO certified.

Does the given price refer to a pair of lenses or a single lens? 

The price listed is for one pair (2 pieces) of lenses.

Provided the product is in stock, orders are shipped the next business day.

My address is an APO, FPO, or PO box. Is delivery possible? 

Delivery to these locations are available with standard mail. Unfortunately, products cannot be shipped to these addresses by express mail.
