What delivery methods are available ? - We send all goods with standard mail or EXPRESS mail.
Can I track my package ? - Yes, tracking number available - you can check it on web pages of Czech Post. After the box is in your country, check it on web pages of your local Post (eg. www.usps.com for USA, www.canadapost.ca for Canada ...) . If you choice EXPRESS delivery, you can check it on web pages of shipping company.
How long will it take to process my order ? - we send the goods at the latest next working day after we receive the payment (If the goods is in stock). Don´t forget we could have different national days (eg. 28/10) and can not ship in day you expect.
Is the price for one pair or one lense? - The price given on the web site is for one pair (2 pcs).
Can I return an item that I´m not satisfied ? - yes. At first contact us on email email@example.com. You must return the goods in 14 days of receiving your order. Item must be returned in a new, unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items but the shipping is non refundable. Please be aware that returns are subject to a $10 charge (in case of bank transfer) or 3,5% of value of the goods (PayPal charge).
What happend If I will not take over the box? - we will refund you value of your ordered goods deducted by costs of transport back to us.
What can I do If I have received the damaged product ? - we check all product before we send it to you. But in case it happend, contact us and send back to us for replacement. Items should only be sent back using your national postal service. We will not accept extra charges eg. for DHL, FedEx ...
My address is APO, FPO, or I have PO Box, is possible delivery? - Apologize but we are not able to send your box on APO or FPO address with Express mail, only with standard mail. PO Box is accepted only for standard mail, not Express mail.
