Frequently Asked Questions

 

What delivery methods are available?  Buyers can choose between standard or EXPRESS mail options. 

How long will it take to receive my order?  All orders are shipped from Europe. Delivery times vary from country to country.  For estimated  shipping times please refer to the Shipping link above.

What payment methods are available?  Both paypal and credit cards are accepted.  

How long will it take to process my order?  Provided the product is in stock, orders are shipped the next business day.  

Are Sclera and Crazy lenses safe?  Yes, all products in our catalog are legal for sale in EU, and are CE and ISO certified.

Is the price for a pair or a single lens?  The price listed is for one pair (2 pieces) of lenses, with the exception of prescription lenses which are priced individually.

Can I return an item that I’m not satisfied with?  Yes.  First, please contact us at info@sclera-lenses.com. You must return products within 14 days of receiving your order.  Items must be returned in new/unused condition.  We will refund the price of the items, but the shipping is non-refundable.  Please be aware that in the case of bank transfer, returns are subject to a $10 surcharge.  PayPal requires 3.5% of the value of the purchase.  

What happens if I don’t accept the shipment?  We will refund you the value of your purchase price minus the cost of return transport.  

What should I do if I receive damaged products?  All products are checked before shipment.  If damages happened during transit, please contact and return the item to us for replacement.  Please only return items via your national postal service.  We will not accept extra charges for other shipment options such as FedEx or DHL.  

My address is an APO, FPO, or PO box.  Is delivery possible?  Delivery to these locations are available with standard mail, however, we regret that we are unable to ship products to these addresses via EXPRESS.
