Terms and condition are prepared based and in concordance with European Union -Czech law.

1. General provisions and definitions

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases on the website www.sclera-lenses.com. Business conditions and clarify the rights and obligations of the seller (supplier) and the buyer (customer). All contractual relations are concluded in accordance with the laws of the European Union - Czech Republic. If a party to a consumer, the relations that are not covered by these terms and conditions, the Civil Code (No. 40/1964 Coll.) And the Consumer Protection Act (No. 634/1992 Coll.). If a party entrepreneur relationships not governed by terms and conditions Commercial Code (No. 513/1991 Coll.).

2. Ordering

3. Canceling an order

4. Terms of delivery

5. Price

6. Returns and warranty

For the re-occurrence of the defect is considered, if the same defect preventing proper use, which was under warranty for at least twice removed, occurs again. Higher number of defects means, if the thing together at least three defects prevent its proper use.
In the case of other defects and unrecoverable if the consumer does not require replacement, has the right to a reasonable discount on the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

The complaint immediately decide, in complex cases in one week. This period does not include reasonable time by type of product or service required for a professional assessment defect. Complaint, including the removal of defects will be filled without undue delay, within 30 days from the date of the claim. After this period, the consumer has the same rights as if it were a defect that can not be removed. All complaints are send by standard mail.
In case of a justified complaint, the customer is entitled to compensation for costs associated with the claim (especially postage to pay when sending goods claimed - in value of lowest actually offered shipping method by seller). In case of withdrawal from the contract because of defects to the consumer is also entitled to reimbursement for such withdrawal. The costs associated with the transportation of goods to the customer after the settlement of a claim are paid supplier. VAT invoice, you will receive the goods, also serves as a warranty. Complaints are sent by standard mail or by Express mail (in this case buyer pay 50% of express shipping costs).
 
7. Withdrawal from the contract

10. Protect the interests of the customer

12. Not delivered orders
