Storing and Cleaning Contact Lenses:

Contact lenses must be stored in a suitable contact lens case, which keeps them clean, soft and safe to use. Fill the lens case with a disinfecting solution before placing the lenses inside. Make sure that they do not dry out. Never borrow another person’s contact lenses nor lend them yours. They should be handled with care, as they are very soft and delicate.

FAQ

Can I put in contact lenses? Absolutely—it's not difficult at all. Watch the video and we’ll show you two methods: with an applicator and without one.

What do I need to care for my contact lenses? If you plan to wear your lenses repeatedly, you’ll need contact lens solution and a lens case. After each use, lenses should be stored in fresh solution, which cleans them and prepares them for the next use. At the beginning, moisturizing drops can be helpful to hydrate the eyes and improve wearing comfort. Some people use an applicator to insert the lenses.

Can I use any solution and eye drops? No. You must use a solution designed for soft contact lenses (we don’t offer any other type). The drops must also be specifically intended for use with contact lenses.

Can contact lenses damage my eyesight? With proper care, contact lenses are completely safe. We offer only products from trusted brands that meet international quality standards and safety regulations. We test them ourselves.

How long can I wear the lenses? The lenses are designed for all-day wear. Each product includes information about its usable period—that is, how long you can wear the lenses from the first use (usually 3, 6, or 12 months), provided they are properly cared for, even during periods when you are not wearing them.

Can I wear lenses if I don’t have a vision correction? Yes. Choose from our range of non-prescription lenses. These do not correct vision.

From what age can I wear contact lenses? Generally speaking, if you are able to put in and take out the lenses and take proper care of them, you can wear them.

Can I sleep with contact lenses on? The lenses are not intended for sleeping. If you accidentally fall asleep while wearing them, remove them immediately upon waking and moisturize your eyes with drops.

Is wearing contact lenses uncomfortable or painful? If you’re new to contact lenses, they may feel slightly uncomfortable at first while your eyes adjust. However, they should not be painful.

Can a lens fall out of my eye? If the lens is properly positioned, it will not fall out on its own.

Can a lens slip under my eyelid? Don’t worry—it cannot go behind the eye. In rare cases, it may move slightly under the eyelid; in that case, simply reposition it with your finger or close your eye and gently massage the eyelid. This can happen if the eye becomes dry.

How can I tell which side is inside out? With some colored lenses, this is easy to tell by the color. If the color looks the same on both sides, you can recognize it by the shape of the lens:

Is there a right and left contact lens? No, there is no distinction. However, it is recommended to always wear the same lens in the same eye.

Will the lens affect my vision? The lenses have a transparent area that usually does not interfere with vision. However, the pupil adapts to surrounding light conditions, so in some cases a slight reduction in vision may occur.

Can I rinse the lenses under running water? No. Never rinse contact lenses with tap water or bottled water.
